The hat base is about 5 1/2" in diameter, fabric covered
with both a hair comb and a small elastic band attached for secure wear.
Each Flamingo Cocktail Hat has a fixed crown
covered with feathers in shades of pinks and black.
The elastic strap can be tucked underneath the hat
and hidden if you secure using the comb.
A flamingo (assorted poses) is attached by the feet
into a pliable underfill material.
The flamingo can become unseated with handling
but is designed to be easily resecured by gently pushing each foot
into the pliable surface crafted underneath the feathers.
